DAY RATING:

THREE THINGS:
MOON MADNESS! The August full moon is a late one, and as we head into this near-fall weekend, expect excitement on the water. The rising and setting of the sun will be paired with the setting and the rising of the moon, making for some GREAT early and late fishing this weekend.
TARGET ‘EM! Zip those last few arrows in now and get a case of field loads ready for next weekend’s dove hunts as more hunting openers are set in short order! Deer Bow Season opens on Friday 8/31, and Dove Season starts the following day!
WARM ON STAND? Looking into the crystal ball for next week’s deer bow and dove openers, you may want to wear the lightest long-sleeve camo you have, as temps spike back up into the high 80s on Friday. Never trust a forecast over three days, but never count on a cool stretch for bow opener either!
Stay Sharp!
