WILD PITCH. Did you know that eight of the 30 Major League Baseball teams are named after animals? With the MLB season underway, can you recall them all without turning to ESPN?
CIRCLE THE DATE. When the water starts to warm in spring, consider rigging a plastic stick like a Senko or Yum Dinger on a circle hook “wacky style” by threading the hook through the center of the bait or securing it with an O-ring around the bait’s center. Simply hold on and let the line tighten when the fish takes off with your bait, and the hook will slide into the corner of the bass’ mouth. Keep the pressure on and land that lunker!
