Daily Edge for Fri. Jan. 11

NICE ON ICE.  It’ll be a great weekend to get out on the ice with still breezes and lots of events to draw anglers to the hardwater.  Calm conditions continue, and we take a shot at freezing on Sunday, making access easy and fishing comfortable! We talk about that and more in today’s Three Things

THREE THINGS:

RECAP.  The NDG&F has its hunting season recap posted in weekly North Dakota Outdoors webcast.  Join Mike Anderson as he reviews all the action that was in the fields, sloughs and woods of the Roughrider State.

REVIEW. Take the weekend to look over your stock of shotguns, ammo, gear and more and make a checklist for next year, marking what needs to be repaired, replaced and reloaded for a successful autumn of hunting in 2019.

WREAK HAVOC! A nice weekend is on tap with light winds, perfect for switching gears into full-on ice fishing mode. Five derbies are up this Saturday, including the BCWF event at Sibley and the Broken Oar outing in Bis-Man.
