DECOYS. For spearers, a fish decoy is an attractor, but for decoy makers these objects become works of art into which hours of their passion is poured. BLUE WAVE. Don’t shoot the messenger, but judging by the giant blob of below average temperatures creeping across the western portion of the country in NOAA’s long range report, things appear to be staying chilly for a while. Time to break out the auger extension!
