THREE THINGS:
LICENSE TO CHILL. No fooling around today! Make sure to get your new hunting and fishing licenses squared away on the NDG&F website and clean the old ones out of your wallet.
LICENSE TO…WARM? If you make it through the relatively cool conditions of the work week, watch for a serious spike this weekend with highs projected to hit 70 for the first time this spring! Along with wind, expect those conditions to take the last of the snow from the landscape!
CPR. Catch-photo-release is the name of the game in spring. For great photos of pre-spawn fish, take a second or two to check the background for any odd structures and shoot around them, center the fish and the angler, and get a snap of success before turning walleyes, pike, bass and other sportfish loose to spawn.
Stay Sharp!
