REFUGE REOPENINGS.  The NDG&F Dept. details those larger refuges in the state which open to upland hunting next week.  Steel or other non-toxic shot is required to hunt on these large late season destinations.

 

TURKEY TROTS.  We like to sneak in some outdoor exercise news from time to time, and Thanksgiving is always a great stretch for races.  Check out the “Turkey Trots” throughout the state set for next weekend to help you get a calorie deficit for the big meal or work it off in the following days.
