STATS!  As part of its Feb. 2020 issue of North Dakota Outdoors, the NDG&F Dept. shares statistics on the most recent set of lottery drawings.  2019 success rates for deer, turkey and pronghorn.  What’s the most interesting?  There was a non-resident mule deer hunter with 17 preference points, meaning he or she had been applying since 2002.
