MARK YOUR CALENDAR.  The NDG&F has released fall 2020 hunting season dates for waterfowl and small game. Grouse season opens on Sept. 12, duck season on Sept. 26 for residents and pheasant opener is Oct. 10, for more, visit the updated season page.

SALVAGE JOB.  QDMA details steps for those who might be looking at a planted area and wondering where their food plot ended up.  For those plots that failed there are late-season options to get something in the ground that will attract deer this fall.

NO END IN SIGHT!  And that’s a good thing!  Temperatures remain warm through Friday with just a slight cooldown back into the low 80s for Saturday and Sunday.  Rain chances remain minimal as we approach the first harvest season (wheat) and find ourselves about a month out from the major hunting seasons.
