DISTANT SPRING. The North Dakota State High School Clay Target League’s spring season is underway at many of the state’s schools with social distancing measures in place to help curb the coronavirus pandemic. A non-contact sport that gets hundreds of kids shooting each spring and fall, the ND CTL is one of the few activities able to reopen to students, without much person-to-person contact.
